Those parrots are
being fed at the
Gloucester Tree by
the rangers.

Mary is lucky and has some parrots
on her hand - above a 28 (that is the
name of the parrot)

That's it - being a wimp I went back down to not block the
steps halfway up when I would have returned most likely.
