OUR BIG TRIP

MARY & OLI GOING AROUND AUSTRALIA
KIMBERLEY - Page 26

28 August 2007, Tuesday

Continuation of the Bird Observatory, Dinosaur Prints and Moon Eclipse...
Roebuck Bay panoramics continued...
Gantheaume Point - Anastasias pool - the lighthouse
keeper in the old days build this for his sick wife.
The red cliffs against the sunset look quite amazing.
The walk was not easy and also included a lot of
slippery rocks - but it is worthwhile doing it and look for
the dinosaur prints.
Funny looking animals on the way to the bottom of the
cliffs.
The smoke from the bushfires would
make the sunset occur much earlier
from a colour point of view. The sun
is really getting very red.
This is the only one we will show you
and point out - the rest you have to
look for on the next page.
Here is the size comparison - shoe
size 7 compared to 130 Mill. year old
dinosaur print.
