OUR BIG TRIP

MARY & OLI GOING AROUND AUSTRALIA
EYRE PENINSULA - Page 5

26 October 2007, Friday

Today was the second part of the Port Lincoln area and we choose the Port Lincoln National Park including Memory Cove
which requires a key from the visitor centre. The weather was much better and the drive and views were nice. Not really
much more to say for today, besides that we started to organise our leaving tomorrow and get prepared for a rainy departure.
Pictures from today below.
Great coastline and the
weather - just fantastic.
Beautiful coastline and
one beach which I could
not resist to find a way
down the dunes - which
actually existed in this
case. Nice waves.

A huge cleared area
which was used for
sheeps in the early days
is now used by Roos
and Emus also showing
lots of wildflowers.
The Superb Blue Fairy
Wren - We assume that
one is the male and the
other the female...

Lots of Lizards around,
but this time not as
aggressive as seen
before. I think we saw
about 10 today
wandering around while
driving through the NP.
