Finally we arrived at Cameron Corner Store and rented a room. I know we should have used our trailer, but we thought for
one night and being a little exhausted from getting up that early and driving 480 km's on mainly dirt roads and shaken
through and .... well we just slept in a room at the Corner Store - quite basic but enough. The Dinner was fantastic and the
sunset even better. The main thing after we arrived was obviously to have a look at the Corner itself. Some pictures below -
and yes you can have your behind in three states at the same time.
The place where South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland come together and the Dingo Fence. Obviously we
had to sit on it.... sorry...
A dream comes true, finally we made it to Cameron Corner. I always wanted to be here....
Nice sunset in the outback when the horizon is just flat and you can actually see the curvature of the Earth. Bill and his
team took care of us for Dinner at the store. The gravy is outstanding !!! By the way Cameron Corner Community has 4
people !!!! Well next stop is at Innamincka with a population of 10 !!!
