Now we made our way to Kakadu NP and we are staying in Jabiru, we made that decision on the way because we did not
want to drive the 50 km's further to Cooinda and maybe not have a good campsite. The Kakadu Lodge is quite good and we
are still almost central to all what we want to see. We will stay for at least 5 nights to see everything in the Park. Today we just
went to the Bowali Visitor Centre and had a look at a Video about Kakadu. Tomorrow the adventure and fight with the
mosquitoes will begin.
Surprise Creek Falls - Upper plunge pool number one on the left, top plunge pool in the middle and little Surprise Creek still
running into the top plunge pool. Below the view from the river onto the two plunge pools and the lower and larger pool -
nice spot to swim, but I wanted to go back to Wangi Falls to snorkel a little before dinner. Panoramic pictures of the area
