Continuation of the Dragon Boat Races and Cable Beach Sunset...

Today we were overcome by the Northern sickness - just do nothing and relax... he he he.  At the end, we had a look at the
Shell House in Broome, Cable Beach Sunset again and the Crazy Crab Races. Besides that, not much, just enjoying the hot
weather, or better sweating it out. Pictures below.
As long as the light is enough the small camera actually takes nice photos - here the sunset at Cable Beach.
Nice beach to drive on, only problem is all the saltwater still present - washed the car immediately after return to make sure that not
too much damage is done. Otherwise the sunset was o.k. but not impressive.
Trying things with the small camera... Camels at Cable Beach are World Famous, only problem is that they have to go
around hundreds of 4WD's enjoying the sunset at the beach - that is why we do not want to do it.
Even the afterglow was not very impressive due to the smoke.
Broome Shell House - Lots of very nice shells and you can also buy a lot of them - which we did... Mary likes shells and
stones and they had some superb examples.
Cable Beach Sunset - a little better
than yesterday but still a lot of
smoke - however the pictures will
actually be better than what we
really saw.
